10. Customized and OEM/ODM Products
Customized products may be developed according to customer specifications, drawings, performance requirements, or application conditions.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customer-provided specifications and application requirements remain the customer’s responsibility.
Development, tooling, engineering, testing, and other related costs may apply to customized products.
11. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, product information, technical documents, drawings, photographs, text, graphics, and other materials published on this website are the property of GODO Electronics or their respective owners.
