100% Inspection & Stringent Outgoing Quality Control

We maintain a comprehensive quality assurance system throughout the manufacturing process. 100% inspection is performed during production to verify critical electrical, dimensional, and cosmetic characteristics against established specifications.

Before final shipment, each production lot undergoes Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) based on ANSI/ASQ Z1.4, General Inspection Level II (G-II) with an AQL of 0.1. Inspection results are documented and reviewed as part of our final release process.

Through this rigorous in-process and final lot inspection system, GODO Electronics ensures consistent product quality, reliability, and conformity to customer requirements.
